Coatings Radar App
Coatings Radar is a unique tool to ensure that Coatings Surveys are conducted and evaluated correctly. The Coatings Radar App will ensure that the coating condition information provided is concise, accurate and consistent.
The Coatings Radar App is fully interactive and allows the Coatings Surveyor to compare International Standards on coating condition and evaluation such as Rusting, Blistering, Flaking and Cracking with clear, coloured, and concise visualisation on your phone or tablet.
The App can be used to demonstrate the coating condition in comparison to the Re or RI Scale. The Coating Radar App will also compare agreed and rust stained coatings that have been immersed in sea water for a period of time.

Coatings Radar contains an interactive learning platform for detailing, blistering, flaking, rusting and cracking. Interactive examples of coating defects with different amounts and percentages with colour change adaption to suit coated surfaces.

Rust Scale
Coating Radar uses the European Rust Scale to allow the user an intelligent review of the rust scale percentages and location on coated surfaces for new and aged coatings. 3D interactive technology is proofed to the user to inspect coated surfaces in different environments.

A re-scale visualisation is included within the Coatings Radar App detailing the re-size and percentage of rust on an interactive slide.

Welds and Edges
Coatings Radar App includes an interactive section on the percentage calculation of coatings breakdown:

Blistering Tools
An interactive blistering visualisation is detailed in the app. You can set the blister size, density and paint colour.
• Graphic image of selected blistering
• Easily change paint colour with a wide selection of different coloured paints
• Select variations of size and density
• A blistering correlation table is included in the Coatings Radar App comparing ISO 4628-2 and ASTM D 714
• An overview of the ISO 4628-2 is also detailed.
• Blistering Sizes 2, 3 , 4 and 5 are included and include quantity and density
BESPOKE VERSIONS AVAILAIBLE
The bespoke option allows you to add your company logo with your corporate colours throughout the App along with adding your own documents so its tailor made to your business and brand.

• £795 for the Coating Surveys Course.
• The Coating Radar App is FREE for 12 months, after which it is £250 per year.

Corporate
Package:
• Access to Coatings Radar App only.
Price:
• 1 - 10 users (£2,500 per annum)
• 11 - 25 users (£5,000 per annum)
• 26 - 100 users (£7,500 per annum)
• 101 - 250 users (£10,000 per annum)
• 251 - 500+ users (£15,000 per annum)
• Minimum 2 year membership.
